Our Team

Jennifer Tutty
Principal

With nearly 15 years’ experience in her field, Jennifer practises across a wide spectrum of intellectual property, media, entertainment, technology and commercial law matters.

Jennifer’s services are highly sought after by a range of successful media personalities, creative agencies, artists, music festivals, hospitality entrepreneurs and other creative businesses. As a business owner herself, Jennifer is able to combine her commercial experience and comprehensive legal knowledge to deliver practical legal advice and strategic results for her clients.

Having trained as a classical pianist and indulged in an illustrious DJ career, Jennifer brings significant industry knowledge to her practice and is often engaged to speak at conferences and universities to share her experiences. On weekends you might find Jennifer DJ-ing with her husband at one of Melbourne’s best clubs or bars, netball coaching, hanging out with her two kids, or buying yet another plant for her house.

Jennifer was recognised by Doyles Guide as a Leading Victorian Copyright & Soft IP Lawyer for 2017.

Tony Grujovski
Senior Associate

Tony is an experienced solicitor and registered trade marks attorney with an extensive background practising in intellectual property law matters, specialising in IP disputes and litigation. He has a track record of protecting and enforcing the IP rights of a range of creative businesses such as fashion houses, food/beverage manufacturers and photographers.
